Description We are offering a permanent employment opportunity for a PT 8pm - 12am Mailroom Assistant in Milford, New Hampshire, United States, within the detail oriented Services industry. The selected candidate will be in charge of processing incoming mail from our non-profit partners, sorting monetary donations, and maintaining an efficient work environment.

Responsibilities:

• Efficiently operate a mail opening machine after proper training

• Accurately sort and categorize incoming mail and donations

• Maintain an accurate count of processed pieces and report to the supervisor

• Handle any mail or equipment issues by reporting them to the supervisor

• Utilize the Enterprise Resource Planning system for efficient mail processing

• Ensure quality control and commitment to meeting production goals

• Adapt between working individually and collaborating with the team

• Deliver excellent customer service when dealing with inquiries

• Use the Kronos Timekeeping System for accurate time management

• Utilize skills in Microsoft Access for data entry and maintenance tasks. Requirements • Proficiency in ERP - Enterprise Resource Planning is required

• Experience with Inkjet is necessary

• Knowledge of Konica Minolta is preferred

• Familiarity with Kronos Timekeeping System is beneficial

• Proficiency in Microsoft Access is expected

• Experience with About Time software is desirable

• Prior experience in Check Processing is advantageous

• Experience with Courier Services is preferred

• Strong Customer Service skills are essential

• Data Entry skills are required

• Prior experience or familiarity with Mailroom operations is necessary
