Description
Responsibilities:
Provide litigation support including bates stamping, preparing shells, and redacting documents.
Assist in managing a busy litigation docket, ensuring all deadlines are met.
Handle client communications and manage client relationships independently.
Learn and utilize CenterBase for practice management.
Maintain strict confidentiality, especially in handling risk management cases.
Coordinate with the risk management division on training programs and malpractice cases.
Collaborate with three attorneys and a support person in the risk management office.
Requirements
Skills and Qualifications:
Proven experience in litigation support.
Ability to work well under pressure and adapt to changing priorities.
Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
Excellent communication skills and responsiveness.
Flexibility and ability to take initiative with minimal supervision.
Proficient in docketing and managing case schedules.
Willingness to learn and effectively use new software (CenterBase).
High level of confidentiality and professionalism.
