A thriving law firm is looking for an ambitious candidate for an immediate a bilingual (English/Spanish) Paralegal/Case Manager position. Hard working candidates with at least 1-2 years of litigation experience with a strong interest in the legal industry, good computer skills and the ability to juggle multiple tasks are encouraged to apply. How you will make an impact
Highly effective organizational and prioritization skills to successfully handle heavy workload
Assist attorney with a variety of case tasks
Research and analyze intricate legal documents
Data base management of all relevant documents
Requirements
1+ years of experience as a litigation paralegal/legal assistant/case manager
-Willing and able to own projects, writing and negotiating, planning and organizing
Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a customer service mindset
Ability to simplify complex problems and build solutions
Constant attention to detail and accuracy, confidentiality
Possessing an understanding of word processing and spreadsheets is desired
Knowledge of Spanish Translation
Answering Inbound Calls experience
Experience with Answering Inquiries
Proven knowledge of drafting
Answering Inbound Calls experience preferred
Fluency in Spanish is required
