Description We are offering a short-term contract employment opportunity for a Data Entry Clerk based in Milpitas, California. The role involves essential tasks in the industry, including managing phone and email interactions with stakeholders, along with data entry.
Responsibilities:
• Answering inbound calls from stakeholders promptly and professionally
• Managing email correspondence with stakeholders, ensuring timely and accurate responses
• Inputting data accurately and efficiently into our system
• Monitoring and updating customer records as required
• Resolving customer inquiries in a timely and detail oriented manner
• Ensuring the confidentiality and security of the data handled
• Collaborating with team members to achieve shared goals
• Utilizing software systems to organize and store data effectively
• Identifying and reporting any inconsistencies in customer data
• Ensuring all interactions and transactions are conducted in accordance with company policies and procedures. Requirements • Possession of at least 2 years of experience in a similar role.
• Proficiency in handling and responding to inbound calls.
• Ability to efficiently manage email correspondence.
• Demonstrated experience in data entry tasks.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry tasks.
• Proficiency in using common office software and applications.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
• High school diploma or equivalent level of education.
• Willingness to adhere to confidentiality and data protection procedures.
• Availability to work during standard office hours or as required by the role.
