Description
Robert Half is partnering with a local organization seeking a Full Charge Bookkeeper to be based at their corporate office in Milwaukee, Wisconsin. The role involves managing the general ledger, accounts payable, invoicing, handling cash flow, and overseeing general office and admin management. HR will process payroll.

Responsibilities:
• Maintain the general ledger and ensure accurate daily transaction data entry from point-of-sale into accounting software
• Manage cash flow by handling accounts payable and forecasting cash flow demands
• Maintain company records and files and assist outside accountants as needed
• File required reports with various compliance agencies and act as a general point of contact for office-related tasks
• Enter invoices using both import and manual data entry methods
• Conduct routine account reconciliations, including bank, inventory, credit cards, etc.
• Utilize Quickbooks and MS Office
• Monitor customer credit accounts and take appropriate action to collect delinquent payments
• Process customer credit applications accurately and efficiently
• Maintain accurate customer credit records.
Requirements
5+ years of full-charge bookkeeping experience
Comprehensive experience in Bookkeeping
Familiarity with Cash Flow Management
Understanding of General Ledger operations
Competence in Journal Entry Preparation
QuickBooks experience
