Description

We are offering a long term contract to hire employment opportunity for a Business Intelligence (BI) Consultant in Milwaukee, Wisconsin. This role will be focused on improving the business processes and decision-making capabilities, utilizing a range of BI technologies and data visualization techniques. The BI Consultant will play a key role in our team, working across various sectors of the industry.

Responsibilities:

• Utilize BusinessObjects Technologies to create and implement BI solutions

• Employ Cognos Business Intelligence to enhance data reporting processes

• Manage and maintain database structures to ensure data integrity and efficiency

• Leverage Data Visualization techniques to present data in a clear and concise manner

• Utilize EO/IR systems for data collection and analysis

• Implement AB Testing methodologies to optimize business processes

• Provide Analytics support and insights to inform business decision-making

• Utilize Business Intelligence (BI) techniques to improve business operations

• Employ Business Intelligence Technologies to enhance data analysis capabilities

• Prepare and maintain Business Requirement Documents to ensure project alignment with business needs.

Requirements • Demonstrable experience with BusinessObjects Technologies.

• Proficiency in Cognos Business Intelligence.

• Solid understanding of database management and data visualization.

• Familiarity with EO/IR systems and AB Testing.

• Strong analytical skills with a focus on Business Intelligence (BI).

• Knowledge of Business Intelligence Technologies.

• Ability to develop and understand Business Requirement Documents.

• Proven experience in Analytics.

• Proficient in handling and interpreting large data sets.

• Excellent communication and presentation skills.

• Ability to work independently and in a team.

• Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills.

• Must be able to manage multiple tasks and project deadlines.

• A Bachelor's degree in business, data science, computer science, or in a related field.

• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, specifically Excel and PowerPoint. Technology Doesn't Change the World, People Do.®
