What you get to do every single day
Requesting information needed to fill in incomplete documents
Help out project teams by providing administrative, technical and clerical support
Analyzing information, preparing reports, proofreading and editing documents, and developing presentations
Creating written records of meetings and maintaining task and progress records
Organizing team meetings and communication per project specifications to keep project deliverable schedules on track and support Project Managers
Handling any needed travel and accommodation arrangements for training seminars, conferences and other project-related events
Ensuring key partners receive project information
Researching information online Requirements - Demonstrated knowledge of Consumer Electronics
Practical knowledge of Log Shipping
Shipping Functions experience highly preferred
Assembly Processes experience
Adeptness in Assembly Lines
Proficiency in Computer Imaging
General familiarity with Electronic File
Comprehensive knowledge of Detailed Documentation
Foundational knowledge in Basic Computer Skills
Chromebook experience required
- Microsoft Project, JIRA, Mavenlink, and NetSuite experience is preferred
1 year of business/office experience at minimum
Proficient with database and file management
Detailed and have the ability work independently
Ability to multitask and attention to detail are critical
Proven flexibility to adapt to changes in procedures and job assignments
High school diploma or equivalent; BA/BS degree in business, communications, or related field preferred
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite software - Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
