Robert Half International Director of Digital Strategy in Milwaukee, Wisconsin

You might be the experienced, knowledgeable Director of Digital Strategy for this position. We're looking for someone who understands the ins and outs of marketing strategy, analysis, and campaign execution. The Director is responsible for digital improvement initiatives and takes part in digital transformation efforts.

This full-time employment opportunity is based in the Milwaukee, Wisconsin area.

What you get to do every day:

  • Work alongside strategy and marketing teams on planning sessions to determine marketing strategy for clients

  • Manage digital projects (timelines, budgets, team etc.)

  • Work alongside clients to set up marketing automation work flows

  • Partner with outside resources to maintain SEO and NAP contracts for clients

  • Analyze and report data flow from multiple campaigns

  • Provide insight and analysis into the effectiveness of CRM initiatives

  • Manage weekly reviews with key stakeholders, get budgetary sign off and report back on ROI

  • Safeguard that the CRM plan is executed within the agreed time and within budget

  • Help product and operational teams to identify key opportunities to better the customer journey & experience

  • Flourish, begin, design, and oversee long-term digital marketing campaigns; in addition spearhead short-term advertising and marketing solutions


Top Requirements:

· 5+ years of experience in digital strategy in an agency setting

· Knowledge of digital marketing and automation tools such as Marketo, Pardot, HubSpot, Google Analytics, WordPress and WooCommerce

· Experience pitching to and working alongside clients

· Digital project management experience
