Description
In this role, you will be instrumental in driving improvements in our ERP system, focusing on data analysis, dashboarding, and reporting to support strategic decision-making. This role requires a deep understanding of ERP functionalities, advanced SQL skills, and a proven track record in a similar environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Analyze and optimize ERP system functionalities to meet business needs.
Develop and maintain advanced SQL queries for data extraction and analysis.
Create and manage dashboards and reports to provide actionable insights to stakeholders.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and deliver solutions.
Troubleshoot and resolve any ERP related issues impacting business operations.
Lead and support ERP upgrade and maintenance projects.
