Description We are seeking a HR Coordinator for our team. The role will be based in Milwaukee, Wisconsin, United States. As an HR Coordinator, you will be in charge of various tasks. These include managing onboarding activities for new employees, maintaining and updating employee data, and ensuring legal and policy compliance in HR-related matters.
Responsibilities:
• Oversee the onboarding activities for new hires, ensuring all necessary documents and tasks are completed promptly
• Utilize Paylocity software to enter, verify, and update employee information
• Collaborate with different departments to design and coordinate orientation programs for new hires
• Ensure all HR-related legal and policy compliance matters adhere to the company's rules and regulations
• Offer support and guidance to new employees regarding company culture, policies, and procedures
• Maintain strict confidentiality when handling employee information
• Use Paylocity, Adobe Acrobat, and other relevant software to perform HR administration tasks
• Conduct background checks as part of the onboarding process
• Manage employee relations and respond to inquiries in a timely and professional manner. Requirements • Must possess skills in Paylocity and Adobe Acrobat
• Hands-on experience in Onboarding and New Employee Orientation is required
• Proficiency in conducting Background Checks is essential
• Must have experience in handling Employee Relations
• Must have a strong understanding of Human Resources (HR) Administration
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are required
• Strong organizational and time management skills are a must
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Must have a proactive approach to problem-solving
• A bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field is preferred.
