Description We are offering a short-term contract employment opportunity for a Medical Records Clerk in Milwaukee, Wisconsin. This role requires a detail-oriented individual who will be responsible for maintaining and managing medical records in an efficient and compliant manner. The successful candidate will be adept at using various medical software and systems such as Allscripts, Cerner Technologies, EHR SYSTEM, and MEDITECH and will have strong data entry skills.
Responsibilities:
• Accurately process and maintain medical records in accordance with industry standards and regulations.
• Utilize medical software including Allscripts, Cerner Technologies, EHR SYSTEM, and MEDITECH to manage and update patient records.
• Conduct data entry tasks efficiently, ensuring the accuracy of all entered information.
• Create and manage charts and graphs using Microsoft Excel to represent patient data and records.
• Ensure strict compliance with all relevant regulations and maintain the utmost confidentiality with patient information.
• Collaborate with the clinical trial operations team to manage and maintain records relevant to ongoing trials.
• Respond to inquiries regarding medical records in a timely and professional manner.
• Regularly review and update patient records to ensure accuracy and completeness.
• Collaborate with other team members to ensure the smooth running of operations. Requirements • Proficiency in using Allscripts, Cerner Technologies, EHR SYSTEM, MEDITECH, and Microsoft Excel
• Experience in creating Charts and Graphs
• Knowledge and experience in Clinical Trial Operations
• Understanding and adherence to Compliance requirements in the medical field
• Ability to maintain Confidentiality of sensitive information
• Strong Data Entry skills.
