Description You could work onsite with our local client by joining an existing team as their Senior Project Manager. This long-term contract / temporary to full-time employment opportunity is based in the Milwaukee, Wisconsin area. Your responsibilities

  • Coordinates schedules and milestones with inputs from all other teams assigned to that product, manages project scope and timelines

  • Offers detailed reporting to management on milestone completion, project status, and risk assessments

  • Facilitates the team focus on the on-time delivery of agreed products

  • Executes deployment scheduling in coordination with Dev Ops, tech lead, and Product Owner

  • Closely cooperating with the Product Owner/Product Manager, QA Manager, Business Analyst, and Product Specialist

  • Work together to facilitate creation and maintenance of the Project Roadmap with the Product Owner/Product Manager

  • Secure that the functional requirements are achievable, tracked, and met

  • Establishes project with proper ticket workflows and boards

  • Time blocks and presides the sprint planning and grooming meetings and follows ticket assignments

  • Confirms the RACI matrix for projects in a product line

  • Administers the daily stand-ups, securing they are brief, timely, and focused

  • Teams up with Product Owner/Product Manager to see to it that the product vision and high-level business objectives are apparent and accomplishable

  • Work in close cooperation and communicates with technical team members, designers, stakeholders, and developers

  • Attends as Scrum Master for the developers on the team - ensuring the team is working effectively, clearing obstacles, and leading scrum ceremonies

  • Advances to manage, identify, and classify risk for functional improvement requests

  • Assists to manage dependencies among cross-product teams

  • Engages with the Product Owner/Product Manager to turn the product roadmap into executable projects

  • Heads project planning

  • Amasses facts from business analysts, technical leads, and QA leads into references

  • Watches and schedules projects - as per the Project Roadmap defined by the Business Owner Requirements - Proven flexibility to adapt to changes in procedures and job assignments

    • Familiar and comfortable with IT project management methodologies
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills

    • It is preferred for applicants to have proficiency using commonly accepted scheduling and project management tools
  • Adobe Omniture experience preferred

  • Well-founded grasp of SEMrush

  • Proficiency in Omniture

  • Command of Basic HTML

  • KPI Reporting experience

  • JavaScript experience highly desired

  • Proven knowledge of CSS

  • Minimum of 3 years of relevant Project Management experience

  • Ability to work independently with minimal oversight

  • Vow to meet business deadlines

  • Ability to recognize, evaluate, and resolve problems effectively

    • Candidates with experience working with e-learning and blended learning programs will be the best fit for this position

    • This position will be the best fit for a candidate with a Project Management (PMP) certification

  • Demonstrated leadership and supervisory ability, strong operation and project management skills

    • Ability to understand and communicate technical concepts to both technical and non-technical colleagues
