Your responsibilities in this role
Tend to word processing, filing, and faxing duties
Greet and direct visitors
Support a variety of projects for other employees
Answer telephone calls Requirements - Ability to use the internet for research
- Solid computer skills including word processing, spreadsheets and presentation software, as well as databases and customer database systems
Background Checks experience desired
Expertise in Fair Housing
Adeptness in Tenant Leases
Foundational knowledge in documentation
Tenant calculations experience
Supportive Housing experience
At least 1 year of Administrative Assistant experience preferred
Excellent oral and written communication skills
