Shareowner Services Rep (onsite) Shifts available: 9:30am-6pm, 10:30am-7pm (training is 8am-4:30pm)
Pay: $18+ Contract: DIRECT full-time!!

· EQ’s Shareowner Services Representative position is a critically important financial services role, acting as the company’s “brand ambassador” by being the front-line point of contact with our customers. · Responsibilities include answering incoming customer phone calls inquiring about their investment accounts in a detail oriented environment. · Customer inquiries will be related but not limited to numerous investment products such as transfer agent processing, employee and executive long- term incentive programs, lost property, and proxy services. · Inquiries can be complex in nature and require the Shareowner Services Representative to be knowledgeable in a multitude of financial services areas and able to confidently address customer questions. · The Shareowner Services Representative is a non-exempt role eligible for overtime compensation based on business needs. · Advancement opportunities exist within Shareowner Services or EQ. · Must be authorized to work locally and without restriction in the country where the job, for which you are applying, is based.
Requirements - Strong customer service and office administrative skills
Comfort and confidence when interacting with internal and external partners and clients/customers
Ability to recognize, evaluate, and resolve problems effectively
Proficiency with Microsoft office applications
Proven ability to navigate multiple computer systems, applications, and utilize search tools to find information
Excellent verbal, written, and social communication skills
achievement oriented, positive attitude and an approach to work rooted in professionalism
No stranger to performing extensive research to resolve complex customer inquiries
3+ years of past relevant experience
Credit Administration experience highly desired
Adeptness in Human Resources (HR) Administration
Proficiency in customer service
Comprehensive knowledge of finance
Demonstrated knowledge of Microsoft Office Suites
Banking and finance law experience
Foundational knowledge in fund administration
- Foundational knowledge of Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems, e.g. ACT!, Illustrator, Highrise, and Insightly
