Description We are in search of a Software Developer to join our team in Milwaukee, Wisconsin. In this role, you will be responsible for creating and maintaining software tools and applications, working closely with various stakeholders to understand requirements and provide updates on the project's progress. This position offers a long-term contract employment opportunity in the industry of software development.

Responsibilities:

• Work collaboratively with stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into effective software solutions.

• Spearhead the design, development, and testing of software applications that meet the needs of our manufacturing environment.

• Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code adhering to established coding standards and best practices.

• Troubleshoot and debug existing software applications, providing timely resolutions and updates.

• Identify and implement process improvements and automation within manufacturing workflows.

• Develop and deploy automation scripts and tools to streamline repetitive tasks and increase operational efficiency.

• Work with cross-functional teams to implement software solutions that address specific manufacturing challenges and requirements.

• Participate actively in team meetings and one-on-ones to exchange ideas and insights with colleagues.

• Document software selection, software designs, and implementation details to facilitate knowledge transfer and future maintenance. Requirements • Proficiency in Atlassian Jira

• Expertise in Backend Development

• Experience in Bug Tracking

• Proficiency in C++

• Knowledge of GitHub

• Experience in AB Testing

• Knowledge of Agile Scrum

• Proficiency in Ajax

• Expertise in API Development

• Knowledge of ASP.NET

• Proficiency in Microsoft Suite

• Experience in Microsoft SQL

• Proficiency in C# - Sharp

• Knowledge of Microsoft SSIS

• Experience in Microsoft SSRS

• Proficiency in .NET
