Robert Half Supply Chain Analyst III in Milwaukee, Wisconsin

Description We are offering a long-term contract employment opportunity for a Supply Chain Analyst III in Milwaukee, Wisconsin. As a part of our team, the selected candidate will play a crucial role in various aspects of our product commercialization process and master data creation. The role involves coordinating and managing data entry for customer master data, ensuring data integrity, and facilitating various tracking logs.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the process of customer master data setup management and ensure adherence to data governance rules

• Collaborate with shared services, business units, and IT experts on aspects of data governance, including obsolete discontinuation strategies

• Ensure timely and accurate data setup, from request form processing to final validation, while maintaining consistency and accuracy

• Act as the point of contact for customer master data related queries and provide administrative support to ensure effective partnership with business SMEs

• Coordinate with various business teams for the setup of new customer accounts, including EDI setup

• Liaise with business process owners to ensure timely data exchange and completion of SAP setup milestones

• Review new finished goods creation requests and assign appropriate UPC codes

• Show proficiency in working with technology proficiencies such as SAP ECC, WMS ERPs, and have a working knowledge of EDI flows

• Demonstrate strong project management skills and warehouse operations management

• Exhibit strong written and verbal communication skills and the ability to identify the root cause in various scenarios. Requirements • Proven experience in Supply Chain Logistics and Warehouse Management

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• Proficiency in ERP - Enterprise Resource Planning and ERP Solutions

• Strong data entry and data integrity skills

• Experience in project management and change management

• Familiarity with collection processes and customer account management

• Ability to review and prepare financial notes

• Experience in implementation and validation plans

• Skills in monitoring tool usage and data collection

• Proficiency in Zoom for virtual communication

• Ability to act as a liaison between different business units

• Experience in coordinating and setting milestones for projects
