Description
We are seeking a proactive and experienced Systems Administrator, well-versed in managing and optimizing Windows Servers, Azure, Office 365, VMware, and SAN environments. This role is critical for maintaining our IT infrastructure's integrity, availability, and security. If you're seeking a hands-on position where you can make a significant impact and handle escalated end-user support issues, this opportunity is for you.
Key Responsibilities:
Administer and optimize Windows server environments to ensure high availability and performance.
Manage Azure cloud services and Office 365 operations, enhancing our cloud-first strategy.
Oversee the deployment, configuration, and management of virtual environments using VMware.
Maintain SAN infrastructure to ensure optimal performance and data integrity.
Implement and monitor IT security best practices, including system updates and vulnerability assessments.
Provide escalated end-user support, resolving complex issues efficiently to minimize downtime.
Collaborate with IT team members on projects, ensuring robust technology integration across the organization.
Document systems architecture and operational procedures, contributing to our knowledge base.
