This could be the Milwaukee, Wisconsin Technical Service Advisor position you're looking for, if you're available for a long-term contract / temporary to hire engagement.

Key responsibilities

  • Receive and send written business correspondence

  • Organize and route incoming telephone calls

  • Be a part of business development by by actively cross-selling and referring customers

  • Offer friendly, accurate customer service in a timely fashion

    Requirements - 3+ years of past relevant experience

  • Experience with Microsoft Office required

    • Proven knowledge of Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems, e.g. ACT!, Illustrator, Highrise, and Insightly
  • Excellent computer skills

  • Ability to simplify complex problems and build solutions

  • Upbeat, positive attitude and an approach to work rooted in professionalism

  • Ability to effectively interact, verbally and in writing

  • Strong customer service and office administrative skills

  • Proven experience going the extra mile to solve complex customer inquiries via extensive research

  • Good understanding of Microsoft PowerPoint

  • Deep understanding of export customer service

  • Earlier work involving Microsoft Word

  • Well-founded grasp of Provide Technical Support

  • Proven knowledge of Superior Customer Service

  • Quality experience with Microsoft Excel

  • Import customer service experience preferred

  • Practical knowledge of Power Tools

  • Previous experience working with order entry

  • Command of customer service

  • Call Center Customer Service experience desired

  • Resolve Customer Service experience

  • Wide ranging experience with Microsoft Outlook

  • Comprehension of computer research

  • Skills in Computer Data Entry

  • General familiarity with Technical Support

  • Ability to interact effectively with internal and external partners and clients/customers
