OfficeTeam currently has a long-term temporary-to-full-time opening for an articulate, highly-skilled Receptionist that is available to work on Saturday and Sunday in a growing Real Estate & Property company. Responsibilities
Oversee various office files and provide general office filing support
Answering all incoming phone calls
Have strong prioritization skills and a sense of urgency
Place orders for office and kitchen supplies
Assist other administrative staff with support overflow work, including word processing, data entry and Internet research tasks
Greeting visitors
Structure, filter, and hand out incoming mail according to specified procedures
Maintain various office files and provide general office filing support
Requirements
Expertise in Maintain Office Supplies
Comprehension of Daily Mail
Prior experience with ordering office supplies and equipment
Earlier work involving Deliver Messages
Good understanding of Relay Messages
VoiceMail Messages experience highly valued
Foundational knowledge in Answering Inbound Calls
Foundational knowledge in Microsoft Word
Answering Inbound Calls experience
Adeptness in Answering Multi-Line Phone System
Adeptness in coordination
Practical knowledge of Distribute Messages
General familiarity with Deliver Messages
Forward Messages experience highly preferred
Supplies Inventory experience desired
Experience with Deliver Mail
Previous experience working with Phone Messages
Deep understanding of Answering Inquiries
Hands-on experience with Daily Mail
Answering Inquiries experience highly desired
Demonstrated knowledge of Direct Visitors
General familiarity with Assists Visitors
Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook
Demonstrated knowledge of Detailed Messages
Comprehensive knowledge of Receptionist Duties
Practical knowledge of faxing
Customer service experience highly desired
Ordering Office Supplies experience preferred
Background working with Distribute Messages
Upbeat, smart, resourceful, solution-oriented, and tech-savvy
Customer service and office administrative skills
Excellent phone etiquette and ability to establish rapport with diverse clientele
Highly organized and self-motivated
1+ years of related experience
