Description
We are in search of an Accounting Clerk to join our clients team, based in MINERVA, Ohio. The job function falls within the accounting industry and will involve a range of duties related to invoicing and customer service. This is a direct hire position with standard Monday-Friday business hours.
Responsibilities:
• Handle the processing of all invoicing
• Manage the billing process, ensuring all invoices are issued and paid in a timely manner
• Respond to customer inquiries related to accounting and billing
• Need to have strong customer service skills for walk in orders
• Monitor customer accounts and take appropriate action when necessary
• Maintain accurate customer records
• Resolve any discrepancies or issues within customer accounts
• Continuously review and improve processes for efficiency and effectiveness
• Purchase Orders
Requirements
• Proficiency in accounting and invoicing procedures
• Skilled in Data Entry tasks
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational abilities
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Knowledge of basic accounting principles
• Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
