Title: Compensation Analyst
Our growing client is seeking a Compensation Analyst on a contract basis to assist in the design development administration and implementation of compensation programs policies structures and practices for the organization. This individual will evaluate and price jobs manage the US job description repository participate in compensation surveys and prepare reports. The Compensation Analyst will be responsible for providing support to business units on all aspects of compensation.
Duties will include:
-The Compensation Analyst will be the first point of contact for the job intake and evaluation process.
-Help leaders in the organization provide the right job classes and descriptions to fit the evolving business requirements.
-Work with HR Business Partners to evaluate all job classifications.
-The contractor will assist in modifying needs and drafting Job Descriptions. HR Business Partner's will work with the compensation analyst to complete evaluations and answer any outstanding questions. There will be opportunities to interface with all levels of the company and work closely with Shared services team to advise them how to setup a job in the system and how to make data changes.
-System related admin duties: SAP experience not required but need system exposure Cloud based modules for Success Factors
