Robert Half Accounts Payable Clerk in Minneapolis, Minnesota
Description We are in search of an Accounts Payable Clerk to join our team in Minneapolis, Minnesota. In this role, you will primarily be handling accounts payable duties, account reconciliation, and data entry tasks. This opportunity offers short term contract employment in the finance industry.
Responsibilities:
• Accurately processing invoices using various software such as Oracle, QuickBooks, and SAP
• Performing account reconciliation to ensure accurate financial records
• Handling accounts payable tasks, ensuring all financial data is up to date
• Conducting check runs to maintain smooth financial operations
• Efficiently coding invoices to ensure proper categorization
• Carrying out data entry tasks, maintaining the accuracy and integrity of our financial data
• Utilizing Microsoft Excel for various data analysis and financial reporting tasks
• Continually monitoring customer accounts and taking necessary actions when required Requirements • Proficiency in Account Reconciliation is essential
• Experience with Accounts Payable (AP) is required
• Ability to perform Check Runs
• Must be skilled in Coding Invoices
• Data Entry skills are necessary
• Experience in Invoice Processing is a must
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel is required
• Experience with Oracle software is preferred
• Knowledge of QuickBooks software is beneficial
• Familiarity with SAP software is desirable
