Description
We are offering a short term contract employment opportunity for an Accounts Payable Clerk in Minneapolis, Minnesota. The role will require the successful candidate to process account reconciliation, check runs, and coding invoices.
Responsibilities:
• Accurately processing accounts payable and other financial transactions
• Handling account reconciliation duties to ensure accurate record keeping
• Conducting check runs and processing payments in a timely manner
• Coding invoices correctly to appropriate cost centers or projects
• Performing data entry tasks and updating the database with financial information
• Utilizing skills in Microsoft Excel, Oracle, QuickBooks, and SAP for various tasks
• Resolving customer inquiries and providing excellent customer service
• Monitoring customer accounts and taking appropriate action when necessary
• Ensuring the accuracy and efficiency of invoice processing
• Maintaining accurate customer credit records.
Requirements
• Must possess skills in Account Reconciliation
• Experience with Accounts Payable (AP) is required
• Proficiency in conducting Check Runs is crucial
• Familiarity with Coding Invoices is expected
• Experience with Data Entry is necessary
• Strong knowledge in Invoice Processing is required
• Must have proficiency in Microsoft Excel
• QuickBooks skills are necessary
