100% Remote

40 hours per week

15 month long contract with the opportunity to convert to full time employment

Associate Brand Marketing Manager:

A client of Robert Half is looking for someone with intimate knowledge of the ins and outs of marketing strategy, analysis, and campaign execution.

The Brand Marketing Manager must have the ability to make important decisions as needed, get the job done, and work well with people — all while sustaining the bottom line.

This long-term contract is open for candidates anywhere in the US.

We are seeking Digital Marketing Manager candidates for a job that requires experience in copywriting, and social media with the ability to expand a brand's reach while increasing its loyalty and awareness. This role will manage and execute the marketing plan for the brand. This may include things like the following: managing and executing experiential marketing attending in-store sampling events developing affiliate marketing programs embracing guerilla marketing tactics in cities of interest identifying social influencers to partner with bringing to life campaigns on college campuses and other venues of interest building a robust fan base and much more.

Responsibilities

• Lead projects and provide business analysis to identify problems, opportunities, and trends for the business

• Assess KPIs and business performance metrics

• Lead budget management for the marketing workstream

• Execute elements of the marketing plan including price promotions, in-store creative, end cap displays, etc.

• Own all experiential, sampling & affiliate marketing programs

• Develop and execute brand building efforts across the 4Ps

• Develop and execute a PR plan to spread more awareness

• Lead and execute ad-hoc marketing projects as needed

Requirements

Minimum Requirements:

• 2-4 years of previous experience in marketing, marketing analytics or related field

• Bachelors+ degree

• Experience working with startup and growing businesses

• Strong proven analytical skills

• Ability to manage multiple projects with executional excellence

• Organization & attention to detail

• Familiarity with experimentation Lean Startup principles (LOFAs, A/B testing, etc.)

• Problem-Solving skills

• Data Mining & Analytics

• Concise Reporting & Storytelling (Email, Word, PPT, Excel)

• A bonus if you are a cheese lover and/or actively trying to give up dairy (or both!)

• Remote eligible
