Description
Robert Half is in partnership with a reputable Registered Investment Advisory firm looking to add an Associate Wealth Manager to their dynamic team. The role presents an exciting opportunity to grow within a well-established company while working with an active team of Wealth Managers and Client Services.
Responsibilities:
Collaborate with key team members to provide quality client service
Prepare necessary materials for client meetings and follow-ups
Employ advanced financial applications in advising clients
Provide support for client onboarding and account implementation
Conduct and present comprehensive investment analysis and recommendations
Assist with compliance and operational tasks such as tax planning and quarterly billing
Participate in regular Wealth Manager meetings
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in a financial field ( finance, economics, etc.) or financial credentials with a liberal arts degree
Minimum of 3 years of experience in the investment or financial planning industry
A GPA of 3.5 or higher
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Proficient in Excel, Word, and Outlook
Income tax preparation experience preferred
Prior experience with financial applications such as Money Guide Pro, Tamarac, and Holistiplan, advantageous.
The ideal candidate is a high-initiative, motivated individual with exceptional multi-tasking skills. The ability to work both independently and as part of a team is essential. This job offers a hybrid work schedule as part of its flexible work arrangements.
