Robert Half Associate Wealth Manager in Minneapolis, Minnesota


Robert Half is in partnership with a reputable Registered Investment Advisory firm looking to add an Associate Wealth Manager to their dynamic team. The role presents an exciting opportunity to grow within a well-established company while working with an active team of Wealth Managers and Client Services.


  • Collaborate with key team members to provide quality client service

  • Prepare necessary materials for client meetings and follow-ups

  • Employ advanced financial applications in advising clients

  • Provide support for client onboarding and account implementation

  • Conduct and present comprehensive investment analysis and recommendations

  • Assist with compliance and operational tasks such as tax planning and quarterly billing

  • Participate in regular Wealth Manager meetings


  • Bachelor's degree in a financial field ( finance, economics, etc.) or financial credentials with a liberal arts degree

  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in the investment or financial planning industry

  • A GPA of 3.5 or higher

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

  • Proficient in Excel, Word, and Outlook

  • Income tax preparation experience preferred

  • Prior experience with financial applications such as Money Guide Pro, Tamarac, and Holistiplan, advantageous.

    The ideal candidate is a high-initiative, motivated individual with exceptional multi-tasking skills. The ability to work both independently and as part of a team is essential. This job offers a hybrid work schedule as part of its flexible work arrangements.
