Robert Half Audit Representative in Minneapolis, Minnesota


This role offers a short term contract employment opportunity. The primary job function includes ensuring smooth operation of all aspects of payroll administration, maintaining accurate records, and performing audits to improve processes and performance.


• Execute audits on enrollment forms submitted by customers and ensure the accuracy of the information

• Analyze and identify trends from the audit results, creating and maintaining reports as necessary

• Review new and changed benefit plans for accuracy and ensure proper set-up

• Document all work performed and audit results based on pre-determined standards and guidelines

• Provide exceptional customer service by resolving customer inquiries related to credit applications and accounts

• Monitor customer credit accounts and take appropriate action to collect delinquent payments

• Work closely with other departments to advance processes and performance

• Support the workstation with necessary tasks and provide necessary assistance

• Utilize skills such as quality assurance, review, and audit in daily tasks

• Perform other duties as assigned by the management.

Requirements • Demonstrated experience in a Payroll Administrator role within the Healthcare/NHS industry

• Proficient in customer service, ensuring high standards of communication and support for all staff

• Ability to review and audit payroll data for quality and accuracy

• Experience in supporting workstation operations, including troubleshooting and resolving issues

• Knowledge of various benefit functions and ability to execute them efficiently

• Familiarity with Quality Assurance practices and ability to implement them in payroll processes

• Ability to manage timelines effectively, ensuring all payroll-related tasks are completed on schedule

• Comfortable working with offshore teams and managing cross-border communications

• Proven ability to perform audits on payroll data to ensure compliance and accuracy

• Familiarity with TRICARE and the ability to navigate its processes effectively

• Knowledge of NIS (Network Information System) and ability to use it for payroll administration

• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
