Description
We are offering a contract to hire employment opportunity for an Benefits Specialist in the healthcare industry, located in Minneapolis, Minnesota. This role is remote and operates on a flexible 8-hour day schedule. The primary function of this position is to ensure accurate benefit data validation and configuration management within the Certificate of Coverage.
Key responsibilities:
• Ensure accurate and efficient processing of customer credit applications.
• Maintain precise records of customer credit.
• Resolve customer inquiries and provide exceptional customer service.
• Monitor customer accounts and take the necessary action when required.
• Attend and actively participate in internal team calls.
• Manage and prioritize work assignments based on plan prioritization.
• Maintain keen attention to detail and strive to meet or exceed set goals.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and standards.
• Track and manage defects, performing regression tests on defect corrections when necessary.
• Utilize multiple resources for content validation, including the ability to toggle back and forth between screens of information.
Requirements • Demonstrated experience in Planning and Prioritization
• Proficient in Workstation Support and Configuration Management
• Ability to understand and execute Benefit Functions and Compliance Functions
• Experience in Defect Management and capability to Track Defects
• Knowledge of R Code and Regression Analysis
• Familiarity with Validation Plans and Data Validation processes
• Excellent Keyboard Skills
• Experience with TRICARE and NIS systems
• Familiarity with EO/IR systems would be advantageous
• Ability to handle offshore operations
• Proficiency in Photocopying/Scanning documents
• Strong Phone Presence is required
