Robert Half Bilingual Business Analyst in Minneapolis, Minnesota
Description
We are in search of a remote Bilingual Business Analyst in the healthcare industry. This role offers a short term contract employment opportunity. As a Bilingual Business Analyst, you will be tasked with managing the translation and reproduction of member communications into multiple languages, reviewing translated materials, and working with various vendors to ensure the quality of translated materials. You must be able to conduct business in English and one of the following languages: Spanish/Chinese/Korean.
Responsibilities:
• Manage the translation and reproduction of member communications into English, Spanish, Chinese, and Korean languages
• Review and edit translated materials for accuracy and consistency
• Assist in the translation and editing of various materials
• Collaborate with various vendors to produce high-quality translated materials
• Utilize Microsoft Word and Excel at an intermediate level to organize and manage projects
• Exhibit strong communication skills to interact effectively with team members and vendors
• Demonstrate proficiency in managing multiple projects while meeting tight deadlines
• Apply excellent organizational skills to ensure efficient planning processes and materials handling
• Leverage project management skills to oversee the entire translation process from start to finish
Requirements
• Proficiency in English and Spanish/Chinese/Korean
• Excellent communication skills for effective collaboration with various stakeholders
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Word
• Proven Project Management skills
• Ability to provide Workstation Support
• Experience in Vendor management
• Proficiency in R Code
• Experience working with Offshore teams
• Ability to handle Translation tasks
• Understanding of Retirement processes in the healthcare industry
