Responsibilities:
• Matching, batching, coding, and entering invoices
• Entering, posting and reconciling batches
• Researching and resolving accounts receivable issues with customers or vendors
• Updating and reconciling sub-ledger to the general ledger
• Handling collections
• Maintaining cash applications, account reconciliations and chargebacks

Requirements
• 2-4 years of experience in accounts receivable or general accounting.
• Excellent 10-key scores
• Experience with QuickBooks or any equivalent system is required
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail are a must
• Proven ability to multi-task effectively
• Openness to change, willingness to learn new skills, and adaptability
• Ability to follow-up on pending issues
• Demonstrable ability to meet deadlines.
