Robert Half Business Process Analyst in Minneapolis, Minnesota

Description

We are in search of a Business Process Analyst to join our team in the financial services industry, based in Minneapolis, Minnesota. This role offers a long-term contract employment opportunity, focusing on risk management, procedures, communication, and stakeholder management among other key areas.

Responsibilities:

• Take the lead in aligning existing risk management documents with new bank templates.

• Develop and implement risk management procedures, keeping in mind GRC expectations.

• Coordinate stakeholder reviews for revised risk management governing documents.

• Actively participate in the implementation of GRC applications, ensuring timely delivery of tasks.

• Manage GRC stakeholder onboarding communications and system access.

• Oversee the testing of GRC applications, documenting results, and making necessary recommendations for enhancements.

• Facilitate changes within the GRC tool under the guidance of management.

• Work closely with the GRC TAM to create training materials for relevant applications.

• Collaborate with control owners to evaluate existing controls, identifying necessary actions to ensure alignment with the Bank's Internal Control Policy and GRC application.

• Partner with process owners to develop new controls for changed or new business processes within the GRC tool.

Requirements • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, for effective interaction with stakeholders at various levels.

• Proven experience in creating and maintaining business documentation, including policies and procedures.

• Demonstrated ability to supervise teams, manage onboarding processes, and oversee implementation of new initiatives.

• Proficiency in managing relationships with stakeholders, ensuring their needs and expectations are met.

• Familiarity with risk management and internal control processes to ensure business operation compliance.

• Ability to manage timelines and deliverables, ensuring that all business process functions are completed on time.

• Experience in enhancing business processes to improve efficiency and effectiveness.

• Skills in creating templates and training materials to support business process functions.

• Knowledge of Governance, Risk Management, and Compliance (GRC) principles.

• Experience working with process owners, control owners, and QA management to ensure business processes are optimized and compliant.

• Proficiency in AB Testing to validate enhancements and changes in business processes.

• Ability to perform administrative tasks such as photocopying and scanning documents as required.
