Robert Half Cash Application Specialist in Minneapolis, Minnesota
Description We are offering an engaging role in the Legal industry, located in Minneapolis, Minnesota. Specifically, we are seeking a Cash Application Specialist to join our team and help us maintain the highest level of efficiency and accuracy in our financial operations. This role will involve managing various tasks related to cash applications, customer credit applications, and accounting software systems.
Responsibilities:
• Accurately process customer credit applications in a timely manner.
• Maintain up-to-date and precise records of customer credit.
• Handle and resolve customer inquiries related to credit.
• Monitor customer credit accounts and initiate action to collect overdue payments.
• Utilize Accounting Software Systems and CRM for efficient task management.
• Generate reports using Crystal Reports to aid in decision-making processes.
• Leverage ERP - Enterprise Resource Planning tools to streamline business processes.
• Manage Accounts Receivable (AR) efficiently and ensure all payments are correctly applied.
• Carry out billing functions and cash activity management as needed.
• Use Automated Clearing House (ACH) for electronic transactions and cash applications. Requirements • Proficiency in Accounting Software Systems
• Familiarity with Customer Relationship Management (CRM)
• Experience with Crystal Reports
• Understanding of Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP)
• Knowledge of Great Plains (GPAC)
• Experience in Accounts Receivable (AR)
• Familiarity with Automated Clearing House (ACH) processes
• Experience with Billing Functions
• Ability to manage Cash Activity
• Experience with Cash Applications in a legal setting
