Credit Analyst
Robert Half is recruiting for a dynamic Credit Analyst to join a reputable local Community Bank. The Credit Analyst is tasked with analyzing and interpreting financial data to assess risk and determine credit ratings for new and existing customers.
Responsibilities:
Prepare detailed financial spreadsheets and presentations for loan committee
Review risk rating and loan policies for loan request compliance
Participate in Annual Commercial Loan review
Reporting on Commercial Loan Portfolio
Deliver high quality customer service
Analyze economic and financial trends
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Finance, Economics or related field
Industry experience including training in financial statement and tax return analysis
A minimum of 1+ years direct banking industry experience

Requirements
• Minimum of 1 year of experience as a Commercial Banking Credit Analyst
• Proficiency in Cash Flow Analysis
• Experience with Banking Credit Analysis
• Knowledge of Commercial Lending and Commercial Real Estate
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• High degree of accuracy and attention to detail
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, or a related field is preferred
