Description
CUSTOMER CARE Representative
We are assisting our great non-profit client with a search for an experienced Associate Customer Care Rep. This role involves managing inbound and outbound calls with customers, providing solutions to issues, and maintaining strong relationships with customers.
Job Responsibilities:
Handling customer inquiries via phone and written correspondence.
Demonstrating drive for results, problem-solving skills, and excellent customer service.
Managing multiple priorities while maintaining organizational initiatives..
Advocating on behalf of the customer and cooperatively working with team members.
Utilizing tech systems and managing client databases.
Assisting with creating and resolving cases professionally and timely.
Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree • 1-3 years of relevant work experience in customer service. • Critical thinking skills. • Ability to manage multiple tasks. • Strong verbal and written communication skills. • General knowledge of business processes, products, customers, and partners. • Proficiency in Windows-based software programs including MS Outlook, Teams, CRM, SharePoint.
Requirements
• Must have a minimum of 2 years of experience in a customer service based role or a similar position.
• Proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel, is required.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently.
• Must have a completed Bachelor's degree in in any field.
