CUSTOMER CARE Representative

We are assisting our great non-profit client with a search for an experienced Associate Customer Care Rep. This role involves managing inbound and outbound calls with customers, providing solutions to issues, and maintaining strong relationships with customers.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Handling customer inquiries via phone and written correspondence.

  • Demonstrating drive for results, problem-solving skills, and excellent customer service.

  • Managing multiple priorities while maintaining organizational initiatives..

  • Advocating on behalf of the customer and cooperatively working with team members.

  • Utilizing tech systems and managing client databases.

  • Assisting with creating and resolving cases professionally and timely.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree • 1-3 years of relevant work experience in customer service. • Critical thinking skills. • Ability to manage multiple tasks. • Strong verbal and written communication skills. • General knowledge of business processes, products, customers, and partners. • Proficiency in Windows-based software programs including MS Outlook, Teams, CRM, SharePoint.

Requirements

• Must have a minimum of 2 years of experience in a customer service based role or a similar position.

• Proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel, is required.

• Strong attention to detail.

• Excellent communication and organizational skills.

• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.

• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently.

• Must have a completed Bachelor's degree in in any field.
