We are looking for qualified upbeat, friendly individuals! A Customer Service Representative’s job is to provide support to customers by answering inquiries, addressing issues or concerns, and offering information about products or services.
Their responsibilities include:
Communicating with customers through various channels including phone, email, chat, or social media.
Acknowledging and resolving customer complaints through active listening, empathy, and finding effective solutions.
Keeping records of customer interactions, transactions, comments, and complaints using CRM systems.
Processing orders, forms, applications, and requests made by customers.
Utilizing the product knowledge to provide information about features, prices, and availability to the customers.
Providing feedback on the efficiency of the customer service process.
Ensuring customer satisfaction and offer professional customer support.
Working closely with other departments to resolve issues that require additional hands or expertise.
