Description

We are offering a role in the Healthcare industry located in MINNEAPOLIS, Minnesota, United States. This role is for an Office Manager who will be responsible for managing the office operations and administrative tasks in a healthcare setting. This is a contract employment opportunity where you will be working in a team-oriented environment and handling various administrative tasks related to the healthcare industry.

Responsibilities:

• Managing the administrative tasks of the office, ensuring smooth operations.

• Coordinating with different teams in the healthcare setting to ensure efficient workflow.

• Handling workstation support and ensuring all necessary resources are available for the team.

• Providing phone presence for customer inquiries and resolving issues promptly.

• Overseeing the healthcare related operations and ensuring all standards and regulations are adhered to.

• Utilizing 'R Code' for statistical programming and data manipulation in healthcare.

• Liaising with offshore teams for various healthcare processes.

• Managing TRICARE related processes in the healthcare setting.

• Handling NIS (Network Information System) related tasks in the healthcare setting.

• Ensuring proper video conferencing setup and support for remote meetings and telemedicine sessions.

Requirements • Proven experience in an office management role within the Healthcare/NHS industry

• Proficiency in using HealthCare.gov for patient coordination and management

• Strong skills in managing and supporting workstations, ensuring optimal performance

• Excellent phone presence for handling calls with patients, healthcare providers, and vendors

• Familiarity with TRICARE and NIS systems and their application in the healthcare setting

• Experience in using R Code for data analysis and reporting in a healthcare setting

• Knowledge of offshore healthcare practices and regulations

• Comfortable in using video conferencing tools for meetings and patient consultations

• Ability to manage office operations effectively, ensuring smooth workflow and high productivity

• Strong organizational skills for managing records, schedules, and office resources

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for interacting with patients, staff, and stakeholders

• Understanding of healthcare regulations and standards to ensure compliance in office operations.
