M3P Data Analyst - Rx Claims Pricing Specialist

Our client, based in Minneapolis, MN, is currently seeking an experienced Data Analyst with pharmacy benefit management experience. This is a fully remote long-term contract role open to candidates located anywhere in the United States. This position involves assisting a Fortune 500 healthcare organization in preparing for the go-live of the Medicare Prescription Payment Plan (M3P) program, scheduled for January 2025.

Job Description:

The candidate will be primarily responsible for analyzing and interpreting complex data sets, handling data extraction, and testing claims pricing. The selected candidate MUST HAVE experience pricing in Rx Claims.

Responsibilities:

• Extract, manipulate, and analyze complex data from multiple sources.

• Assist in Rx Claims Pricing, processing, and implementation.

• Find trends and patterns in data to provide meaningful insights.

• Create comprehensive reports and visualizations based on analysis.

• Communicate findings and insights to stakeholders effectively.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to conduct project management.

• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry standards and changes in regulations.

Requirements

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree in Mathematics, Economics, Computer Science, Data Science, Statistics, or similar field.

• Proven experience as a Data analyst in Rx Claims Pricing.

• Proficiency in data analytics tools and databases.

• Solid understanding of healthcare data, particularly in the area of Rx claims.

• Strong analytical skills with the ability to collect, organize, analyze, and disseminate significant amounts of information with attention to detail and accuracy.

• Excellent problem-solving, communication and presentation skills.
