Robert Half is seeking a District Operations Administrator to join our District Support team to be a liaison with branch offices, field leadership and operational support teams. This role will provide support, where needed, within a District.

What you will do:

Act as primary support to District branches as an interim operational support professional. As well as providing support to talent solutions professionals, you will be a resource for client and candidate inquiries, technology initiatives, and various reporting and revenue generating support activities.

Together with your colleagues, you will be responsible for adherence to company compliance guidelines in all aspects of local operations through the hiring experience from start to finish.

You will contribute by:

  • Assisting the Operation Director with District operational needs (contests, events, information distribution, etc.)

  • Support District branches as interim Field Operational Support

  • Provide back up to designated territory or practice group during interim coverage period

  • As part of backup support:

  • Preparing, sending, and monitoring candidate pre-placement and on-boarding documents for completion and compliance

  • Entering candidate information into internal database system

  • Tracking and managing candidate time sheet entry, preparing payroll/billing adjustments, and assisting with candidate unemployment claims

  • As needed, review and submit invoices, order supplies and marketing materials

  • Assist in rolling out new initiatives, training operational support new hires, and ensuring completion of all training programs

  • High School Diploma or equivalent required. 4+ years college preferred

  • 3+ years’ experience working in a senior administrative position in a highly professional, fast-paced office environment

  • Experience performing multiple administrative roles (from phone coverage to office management) within an office

  • Proven ability to drive execution of operational tasks, projects, and enhancements

  • Ability to take initiative, be self-directed and work with limited supervision

  • Ability to work with and troubleshoot technical issues both in-person and remotely

  • Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office products and proficiency in Excel/Word/OneNote required

  • Salesforce experience required

Location:

This role currently works remotely supporting various offices. You will be provided the technology necessary to help succeed in both remote and in-person at one of our branch locations.
