This Remote Contract-to-Hire role is for a HubSpot Administrator & Email Marketing Manager. The job focuses on maximizing the use of the firm's CRM system and streamlining email marketing operations.

This candidate will be the main contact for all HubSpot-related support across the organization. They will collaborate closely with essential organizational stakeholders to ensure precise tracking and reporting of all HubSpot metrics. This role also encompasses assisting with internal HubSpot training for associates and ensuring multi-touch marketing campaigns are accurately set up with appropriate workflow automation.

This role's responsibilities also include handling the management and delivery of email communications. This involves maintaining contact data hygiene, pulling contact distribution lists, managing outreach schedules, and sharing best practices for HubSpot use and email deployment.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• HubSpot administration, including dashboard creation, workflow development and optimization, and data integration in collaboration with IT

• Assisting the Marketing Strategy team to plan and execute campaigns and supporting tactics in HubSpot

• Serving as the HubSpot expert and providing technical support and training as needed

• Overseeing the health of the email database and implementing strategies to clean and update contact lists regularly

• Staying informed of the latest trends in email marketing and new HubSpot releases or best practices and making recommendations to the wider marketing team

• Ensuring the productivity of email sends by minimizing list decay and unsubscribes

• Utilizing A/B testing and analytics to optimize email performance

• Taking lead in developing and maintaining processes and documentation for department and key user access

  Requirements

  JOB REQUIREMENTS

• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, business communications or mass communications

• At least 7+ years of relevant B2B marketing experience

• Minimum 3 years as a HubSpot Administrator

• HubSpot Marketing Software Certification

• Proficiency in various marketing automation technology

• Experience with external CRM systems, databases, etc.

• Analytical abilities to interpret email campaign data and adept at strategy adjustments to improve performance.

• In-depth knowledge of email marketing platforms and their applications

• Strong customer services skills coupled with excellent verbal and written communication skills

• Ability to manage and execute assignments with competitive priorities

• High motivation and skill level in both technology and administrative tasks
