Description
Our distinguished law firm seeks to onboard a seasoned Employment Law Attorney with remarkable academics, superb research and writing skills, and profound analytical prowess. This instrumental role will encompass a broad range of challenging activities in the field of employment law, and the successful candidate will be a part of a team that's vehemently dedicated to ensuring impeccable customer service.
Essential responsibilities:
Drafting, reviewing, and amending various employment contracts such as separation agreements, non-competes, and executive employment agreements.
Conceiving and modifying company handbooks and policies.
Exemplary experience in employment counseling and taking charge of employment transactional due diligence.
Taking the lead in EEO charge responses with minimal supervision.
Assisting in employment litigation processes, including wage and hour, employment discrimination, and non-competition litigation.
Requirements
Qualifications:
At least four years of demonstrated employment law experience.
Ability to manage sophisticated work at a national level.
Excellent interpersonal skills.
Strong degree of maturity, eagerness to learn and ability to handle a demanding workload.
Active Minnesota license or eligibility for admission to the Minnesota bar.
