Description
Our growing Minneapolis client is looking to add an Executive Assistant to support the leadership team. This will be a role that will mainly focus on direct support to the CEO but also help out with the leadership team as well as be involved with the Board of Directors. Requirements for this role include Bachelor Degree, 3+ years of administrative experience and ability to go into their Minneapolis office 4 times a week.
Requirements
Microsoft Office experience desired
Skilled in Spreadsheet and ERP system
Ability to handle multiple tasks to prioritize needs and expedite tasks upon request
AA or BS/BA in Business or related field preferred
Ability to enter data into various electronic systems while maintaining the integrity and accuracy of the data
3+ years of administrative experience required
