Our Client, a dynamic investment firm in the Twin Cities is seeking an Investment Operations Associate. In this Middle Office position, you will work in a collaborative environment working with investment professionals to support investment strategies. You will specifically be responsible for the operations functions for the firms investment strategies. You will monitor fund performance in comparison to actual expectations, review reporting, risk assessment, and reconciliations. You will participate in external audit, prepare tax schedules, and support investor relations to address any questions. This position requires a 4 year degree, 2+ years of Fund Operations/Accounting skills, strong Excel and systems experience, and highly analytical abilities.
