Robert Half International HR Coordinator in Minneapolis, Minnesota

Description

HR Coordinator needed for Global organization in the Twin Cities for a 6+ month project.

-Providing support to the organization to manage cases of COVID19 including;

-Intake of cases over phone, chat or self-service

-Managing employees return to work based on protocol

-Facilitating contact tracing intake questions to then escalate to central COVID team

Requirements

-Exceptional Customer Service & Customer-first mindset

-Flexibility to handle changing work demands

-Strong organizational and time management skills

-High Integrity, sound judgement and discretion regarding the handling of confidential information, HIPPA privacy

-1+ years previous experience in Human Resources or Customer Service/Service Center Environment

-Case Management Experience
