Robert Half International HR Coordinator in Minneapolis, Minnesota

Description

We are looking for an HR Support contract consultant for a 5-month engagement. You will work closely with Support coordinators and employee relations partners, as well as the broader HR community and other key stakeholders managers and employees on compliance and employee relations issues. You will also lead administrative and project coordinator work related to data, metrics, employee relations).

Requirements:

  1. Coordinator experience in a large corporation environment

  2. Advanced Excel skills to work with large amounts of data

  3. Experience working in HR and to understand the nature and confidentiality of the work.

Basic Qualifications:

• High school diploma or GED

• 4 years relevant or project coordinator experience

• Proficient with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Powerpoint, Outlook, etc).
