Robert Half HR Services is looking for a highly-skilled HR Generalist to join a dynamic?and fast-growing team YOU'RE RESPONSIBILITIES IN THIS ROLE: - Coordinate the New Hire/Termination Process including; pre-employment/termination paper work, background checks, reference checks, pre-employment tests and performing new hire orientations/exits. ? Facilitate Monthly leader meetings to ensure relevant communication is being given to leaders. ? Process documentation for employee relations matters and help resolve matters by working with leaders. ? Support all activities related to the People cycle process to include training leaders/employees, communication plans and manage project plan. ? Manage all personnel files and maintaining a filing process including I-9 and employee form compliance. ? Provide backup support for recruitment activities that may include the coordination of candidate assessments, interview scheduling and reporting and maintenance of the applicant tracking system.
