Robert Half Human Resources Manager: II (Intermediate) in Minneapolis, Minnesota

Description

We are offering a contract employment part-time opportunity for an ER Specialist based in Minneapolis, Minnesota. This role will be performed in a hybrid model, with the option of fully remote work for the right candidate. The position involves managing and mitigating organizational risks, supporting leadership in performance improvement processes, and establishing consistent practices and procedures for employee relations within the organization.

Responsibilities:

• Address workplace concerns in a timely manner and ensure they are resolved fairly in accordance with relevant laws and policies

• Collaborate with Compliance, Integrity, and Legal teams to manage Ethics Line issues, including partnering on investigations when necessary

• Provide coaching to leaders on the Performance Improvement Process, including reviewing and providing feedback on Performance Improvement Plans

• Establish common processes, practices, and tools to ensure consistency in addressing Employee Relations situations

• Develop a process for tracking employee relations issues across the organization to identify trends and training opportunities

• Establish a regular reporting system to the HRBP team on the status of issues

• Make recommendations to improve leadership capabilities

• Manage risk mitigation practices and policies in the organization

• Oversee the administration of Human Resources tasks and procedures

• Project management tasks related to risk management and employee relations.

Requirements

• Extensive knowledge and experience in risk management

• Proven experience in training teams and individuals

• Familiarity with policy creation and implementation

• Understanding of compliance regulations and standards

• Experience in Human Resources (HR) Administration

• Proficiency in Project Management

• Strong leadership skills and ability to guide teams

• Familiarity with HR practices and Employee Relations

• Demonstrated experience in risk mitigation

• Ability to ensure consistency in all processes and procedures

• HRBP certification preferred

• Experience in regular reporting procedures

• Knowledge of Federal Labor Law and Relevant Law
