Description
Growing renewable energy company is looking to add an attorney to their legal department! This is an excellent opportunity to join a team that is highly motivated and passionate about created sustainable, renewable energy solutions at home and across the country. What you get to do every single day
Serve as project manager of transactions such as debt financing, project financing and post-sale financing
Draft and review equity, dept, real estate, subscription, energy, SaaS and other agreements/transactional documents
Provide enterprise wide legal support
Requirements
Active attorney license, in good standing
Working knowledge of common transaction documents: especially PPA (Power Purchase Agreements) and EPC (Engineering, Procurement and Construction Agreements)
Knowledge of contract negotiation
Familiarity with contract management software, Ironclad, preferred
At least 1 year of experience working for or in the renewable energy industry
