OfficeTeam is looking for several Insurance Claim Specialists to assist with an increase in work load during their busy season. Are you looking for a temporary project to get you through the holiday season and into 2021? Look no further if you have strong verbal communication skills and are reliable. This position is 100% remote, however you will need to live in the Twin Cities metro to ensure you are able to pick up equipment and attend possible training.

Contacting pharmacies to resolve the claim
Sending claims for reprocessing
What we are looking for:
Customer Service experience (call center background is a HUGE plus)
Proficient using Microsoft Excel and Outlook
Strong verbal communication skills
High School Diploma/GED
