Description
Interim IT Manager
Responsibilities:
• Oversee and manage network support operations.
• Handle hardware support and conduct necessary repairs.
• Maintain and manage hardware inventory and software licenses.
• Supervise Tier 1 and Tier 2 help desk operations.
• Manage relationships with Managed Service Providers (MSP) handling Tier 3 support.
• Proficiently use Microsoft Office 365, Microsoft Azure, Microsoft Windows 10, and Windows 11.
Ideal candidates will have come from a smaller environment where they not only manage the IT team, budget and projects, but can also serve as a point of escalation for technical issues.

Requirements
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in the IT management field
• Extensive knowledge of Cloud Technologies, Database, Active Directory, and Backup Technologies.
• Proficient in managing Computer Hardware and Configuration Management. • Expertise in Microsoft Office 365, Microsoft Azure, Microsoft Windows 10, and Windows 11.
• Ability to develop, implement, and evaluate IT projects in line with organizational goals. • Excellent problem-solving ability and strong decision-making skills.
• Outstanding leadership skills and the ability to manage a team effectively.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to liaise with various departments and stakeholders.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines. • Relevant certifications or education in IT or a related field would be advantageous.
