This individual will be responsible to gather requirements and assist in answering questions on how best to structure tech specs based on the product teams needs
Areas of focus include:
Gather tech spec requirements
Write tech specs
Review tech specs and answer questions from the product teams
Meet with stakeholders to understand requirements and be able to identify through a strategic lens if the request will have a larger impact then just that product team
Outcome / success indicators are to provide support and be an additional resource to keep up with the demand of tech spec requests. Measured by speed and quality of tech specs being created and provided to the product teams.

- The Customer Journal team part of the Data and AI team provides an end-to-end framework for capturing and using high-quality customer journey data for data-driven experiences. Specific to this role they are responsible for the design and creation of all analytics implementation technical specs. Our goal is to enable product teams contributing to Customer Journal to take ownership and feel confident about their analytics implementations.
Project Description:
Front end product teams request assistance in creating technical specs that will meet the patterns and standards or our Digital Experience Events schema which is where data in ingested from front end systems to provide stakeholders with the analytics they need to under the customer journey in our digital platforms.
This individual will be helping in gathering requirements and assisting in answering questions on how best to structure these technical specs based on the product teams needs.
The goal of this project is to have additional support and resource to keep up with the demand of the technical specs request.
